I am one of the daughters of the owner and have been with LSA for 24 years now! I am married and have three kiddos.(Four if you count my husband) I love traveling, camping, spending time with family and friends, shopping and playing card games. I love my job because of the goofy things the kids say and do, watching them learn new things and knowing we are making a difference. Guiding staff to share in my passion and making connections and sometimes even friendships with clients!
I grew up here at lsa! I love being with my little family, I am part of a happy, adventure-loving family and love spending time together. I enjoy bike rides, camping trips, farmers markets, and exploring new places. At home, I love playing games, laughing, and snuggling up for cozy movie nights. Family time means everything to me, and I love making special memories every day. Born and raised in Idaho, I have a big heart for the outdoors and my community.
I’ve been in childcare for 15.5 years, with the last 10 years all at L4L. I’d say that it’s the kids and my coworkers that have kept me here so long. I have always had a passion to teach young children and help them learn. Watching the kids succeed is something I love and will never get tired of. I feel that their ability to absorb things like little sponges is incredible. Helping with this process and watching them grow is incredibly rewarding.

Hi! I’m Nat. Growing up as one of the owner’s daughters, this business has always been a big part of my life, and I’ve loved every minute of it. I’m truly passionate about what we do and enjoy connecting with the families we serve. Outside of work, I love reading, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
I am from Jacksonville, Florida. I moved here in 2014, got engaged in 2015, and married in 2017.
I have a 15-year-old.
I love to garden and take care of my plants. I also enjoy small detailed crafts and crocheting! I love to read and love learning new things. I love the feeling of being someone the kids know they can count on and feel safe and comfortable with. Knowing that for some of these kids, this is their safe or favorite place, is something I strive for. I also love watching kids learn especially different and unique ways. Each child learns at their own pace and in their own ways which is something I love being a part of.
Fun facts about me: I have a collection of crystals. I am terrified of frogs.
